Part-Time Staff & Party Host Children's Indoor Playground Job Overview We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and proactive Part-Time Staff & Party Host to join our children's indoor playground team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines floor supervision, safety monitoring, party setup, hosting, and customer service. You will help maintain a clean and safe play environment while also creating fun and memorable birthday party experiences for families. Duties & Responsibilities Playground Supervision & Operations Monitor the play area to ensure children's safety at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Enforce playground rules in a friendly and professional manner Assist during busy hours with crowd flow and line organization Party Setup & Coordination Assist with party room setup, decoration, and preparation Organize party supplies, tables, and event materials Ensure smooth coordination between team members Party Hosting & Customer Service Host birthday parties with energy and confidence Lead activities and guide families through the party schedule Create a fun, organized, and stress-free experience for parents Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after events Support party sales and encourage add-ons when appropriate Compensation Base hourly pay + Sales Commission Commission earned from birthday party bookings / hosting. Your income is performance-based — your ability to host confidently, provide great service, and support sales directly impacts how much you earn The more proactive and motivated you are, the higher your earning potential Requirements Friendly, energetic, and responsible personality Comfortable speaking in front of groups (party hosting required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a busy, family-oriented environment Physically active and able to stay on your feet for extended periods Reliable and punctual Experience working with children, events, hospitality, or retail is a plus Bilingual preferred but not required
