As the first person our guests meet, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest has an excellent dining experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently. Answer phones and assist with reservations. Escort guests to their tables and explain menus. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance. Communicate wait times accurately. Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow. Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
