Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression.
- Manage seating and table flow to support an organized, efficient dining room.
- Maintain a clean and inviting host area, entrance, and dining room.
- Monitor table availability and communicate seating needs with café staff.
- Assist guests with menu questions and provide accurate museum information.
- Respond thoughtfully to guest requests and concerns, escalating to management or staff as needed.
- Thank guests upon departure and inquire about their experience.
- Uphold company health, safety, security, and sanitation standards. Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain respectful, professional, and friendly communication with all guests and team members.
- Maintain familiarity with the daily menu, café offerings, and museum information.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed to support smooth guest flow.
- Help monitor and maintain cleanliness of the dining room, entrance, and restrooms.
- Act as cashier when needed.
- Assist with restocking supplies and supporting daily café operations.
- Maintain flexibility to help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
