Job Description
Restaurant Reservation Management:
Handle reservation requests, answer inquiries, Manage bookings, update availability, and ensure timely seating.Restaurant Table Management Systems:
Organize and assign tables to optimize seating and minimize wait times.Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and address any concerns professionally.Host/Hostess Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.Pay:
