Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating preferences with professionalism and enthusiasm Handle restaurant reservation management using popular table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly via phone or in person Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow and optimal table utilization Uphold food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of reservation areas Assist in guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously, enhancing overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles with strong customer service skills Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently Basic math skills for handling seating calculations and managing tables accurately Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe environment Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining a positive attitude Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred to facilitate smooth operations Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy, organization, and guest relations expertise will shine. Pay:
