Who You Are:

A friendly, guest-first communicator who lights up a room Someone with previous hospitality or retail experience in NYC (a big plus!) Calm and confident in high-volume situations A flexible team player with weekend availability (open availability = extra awesome) Familiar with OpenTable or similar reservation systems Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
