Organized with the ability to maximize cover counts, seating flow, and guest satisfaction.
Calm, composed, professional, able to multi task, and work under high pressure situations.
Goal oriented, clean appearance, mature, well spoken, and upbeat.
Looking to advance quickly based on superior job performance and guest relations.
The ability to make a personal (yet professional) relationship with guests understanding individual needs and preferences.
Can confidently speak about our menu and alternative options for guests that have allergies or may be gluten free.
An understanding of local points of interest, entertainment venues and happenings, and general events based on seasonality.
The ability to supervise the host staff and ensuring proper protocol is always followed.
Assist and/or communicate with Manager/ General Manager directly Candidates must be prepared to dress in a business casual manner while working. Must have NYC experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate if you impress us during your interview!
Full availability, including weekends and nights.
