Duties Coordinate and oversee party activities, games, and entertainment to ensure guests are engaged and having fun Manage guest interactions with excellent customer service, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems for ticketing, food sales, or merchandise purchases Assist with setup and cleanup of event spaces, including manual handling of equipment and supplies Enforce safety protocols diligently, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary to maintain a secure environment Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere for all attendees Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies during outdoor or indoor events Qualifications Experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively First aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Previous experience working with children or in food service enhances your suitability for this role Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during setup or cleanup activities Excellent customer service skills paired with confident public speaking abilities Outdoor work experience or resort environment familiarity is a plus Theater experience or public speaking skills can contribute to engaging guest interactions Commitment to safety protocol adherence and a friendly, energetic attitude that inspires guests' enjoyment Join us as a Party Host where every day is an opportunity to create joyful moments!
