Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Host/Hostess to join our restaurant team. The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. This role is responsible for managing the flow of guests, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and seat them promptly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries
• Maintain the front of the house, ensuring that tables are turned quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with table maintenance, including clearing tables, wiping down chairs, and keeping the dining area clean.
• Provide support to other staff members, such as servers and bussers, as needed.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Skills:

• Experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Willingness to help with other tasks as needed.
