This position will greet, seat, and check-out customers. Our Hosts work as part of our front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Compensation:

$16 5-6 day work week; up to 40 hours Anniversary Pay Program Standard company benefits (401k, shift meal, employee discount)

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet customers Manage influx of customers to capacity of kitchen and server staffing levels Cash out customers / ensure guest checks have been paid Manage a balanced cash register Process skims and paid-outs accurately Process take-out orders

Greet guests as they enter and manage the waiting list, as necessary Seat guests at tables per their request while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service Respond to complaints and help to resolve customer satisfaction issues Answer phone calls: take reservations, to go orders and answer questions Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions Provide assistance to other positions in the restaurant, as needed Provide service via the
