  • Answering restaurant phone calls
  • Taking to-go orders over the phone
  • Knowledge of the restaurant/menu
  • Helping with packing take out orders
  • Seating customers with menus at their table
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the hostess/runner station
  • Assisting coworkers in putting together food for table
