Overview Join our dynamic entertainment team as an Arcade Attendant and Party Host, where your enthusiasm and customer service skills will create unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages! In this lively role, you'll oversee arcade operations, mainly redemption counter, and ensure a safe, fun environment for everyone. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Whether guiding guests through games or making sure a birthday party has all they need to make their experience memorable, you'll be at the heart of the action. Weekend and evening availability is a must. Duties Greet guests with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them through arcade activities and party details. Ensure timely execution of celebrations. Monitor arcade areas to maintain safety protocols, prevent conflicts, and assist guests as needed. Assist with manual handling tasks such as lifting of equipment or supplies during setup and cleanup. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade space, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors Experience. Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or disputes effectively Enjoy working with children and families in an entertainment atmosphere.
