Job Description
L'albatros Brasserie and Bar are now hiring for a lead host/reservations manager position! We are seeking highly qualified, experienced, knowledgable, hard working, motivated, and passionate individuals! Come work for one of Cleveland's most critically-acclaimed and awarded chef/restaurateurs, Zack Bruell! Opportunity for growth is emphasized within our restaurant group, and obtainable with hard work, desire to learn, and dedication to your craft. Fine-dining and high volume restaurant experience is a plus, but preference will be given to candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, positive attitude, and dedication to growth and learning. Working knowledge of Resy or other reservation booking systems will lead to a prospective lead host/hostess's success. A prospective candidate is directly responsible for increasing the revenue and volume at L'albatros Brasserie and Bar day-to-day.
