Barcelona has been a mainstay for Columbus diners for almost 30 years. We are know for our refined and welcoming atmosphere, our eclectic cuisine, a sophisticated bar program, award winning wine list, and Columbus' top rated patio year after year. We are seeking a host/hostess to uphold our reputation for top tier service. Those considered to be warm, welcoming, well organized, and effective communicators are urged to apply. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm Manage reservations with OpenTable Answer phone calls Respond to initial guest inquiries, questions and concerns Communicate clearly and courteously with guests, management, and service staff Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests when possible Uphold the restaurant's standards of appearance, cleanliness, and ambiance at all times We offer: A collaborative and respectful work environment Competitive pay based on experience.
