Bridge Park | Dublin, Ohio About Bristol Bristol Republic is a high-volume restaurant, bar, and live music venue bringing Nashville-inspired energy to Bridge Park. We combine Southern BBQ, craft cocktails, live entertainment, and genuine hospitality to create an experience that's more than just dinner. We're looking for energetic, outgoing Hosts and Hostesses to join our team and create a great guest experience from the moment people walk through the door. What You'll Do Greet guests quickly and warmly. Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, and table rotation. Provide accurate wait times and communicate with waiting guests. Coordinate with servers and managers to maintain efficient guest flow. Help manage the door during busy dinner, live music, and late-night periods. Assist with large parties, birthdays, and special events. Keep the host stand and entrance clean, organized, and welcoming. What We're Looking For Previous host or restaurant experience preferred. High-volume experience and OpenTable knowledge are a plus. Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Availability for evenings and weekends.
