Grove City Brewing Company and Plum Run Winery is a high-energy, locally owned brewery and winery known for great food, craft beverages, and a welcoming guest experience. Our host team sets the tone the moment guests walk through the door.

Position Overview:

We're hiring 2 dependable, upbeat hosts who can handle a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure. This is not a stand-and-greet position—you are responsible for keeping the front of house flowing , which includes seating, guest communication, and bussing/resetting tables . You are the first and last impression of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every guest promptly with a friendly, confident attitude Manage waitlists and seating flow to support efficient service Maintain accurate table rotation and communicate with servers and kitchen Bus, clean, and reset tables quickly to keep service moving Answer phones, take reservations, and provide accurate wait times Keep the host stand clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with general front-of-house cleanliness and upkeep Jump in wherever needed—this is a hands-on, team-driven role

Dependable and punctual (non-negotiable) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Positive, upbeat personality—even during busy shifts Willingness to stay active—this role is on your feet and constantly moving Clear communicator with both guests and team Team-first mindset—no standing around, no waiting to be told what to do

Availability Requirements:

Evenings and weekends required Sunday availability is required Must be able to work during busy events and peak seasons

If you prefer standing still or avoiding cleaning tasks, this is not the role for you.
