Responsibilities:

Demonstrate exceptional customer service by helping guests and delivering food to their tables. Ensure guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly. Maintain a clean & organized dining room while following sanitation and safety procedures. Model and support clear communications between the front of house and host staff.

Qualifications and Skills:

No experience required. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in various weather conditions and standing for up to 8 hours. Able to lift up to 40 pounds and have confident money handling skills. Tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted.
