Hostess/Support Staff

Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and energetic attitude, guiding them to their tables or seating areas efficiently Manage guest reservations and waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth seating flow Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest satisfaction Assist with guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills Support the restaurant team by coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen staff to optimize service delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas to uphold high standards of hospitality Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, turning any issues into positive resolutions that foster guest loyalty Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation management and guest services Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required Join us and be part of a team that values energetic service, clear communication, and creating memorable experiences for every guest!
