Responsibilities Prepare a clean dining area, refill food as necessary, roll silverware, and stock service areas Heating pre-cooked foods and replenish packaged foods Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the buffet tables Greet guests that enter the breakfast area Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after customers finish meals Clean kitchen and breakfast area, washing dishes and other items Place weekly food orders Assist in deep cleaning of breakfast area and other public spaces Prepare food and service items for next day
