Role:

The Host / Hostess is the first and last impression for our guests. You'll greet visitors, manage seating and reservations, and keep the flow of the dining room smooth and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and seat guests and manage the waitlist Take and organize reservations and maintain the seating chart Balance seating across server sections for even service Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Communicate wait times and coordinate with servers Keep the entrance and host area clean and organized Qualifications Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor Strong organizational and communication skills Stays composed during busy, high-volume periods Prior host or customer-service experience a plus Able to stand for long periods Reliable with flexible availability
