Birthday Party Host

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests during events and parties. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for providing memorable experiences for children and families. Duties Welcome guests and ensure they have a positive experience from arrival to departure. Coordinate and oversee party activities, ensuring they run smoothly and on schedule. Assist with setup and cleaning of party areas. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Manage food service during events, including serving food and beverages as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately when required for event-related purchases. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area throughout the event. Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially when supervising activities involving children. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests of all ages. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. A positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for creating memorable experiences are essential traits for success in this role.
