This is not just a hosting role — you will be actively selling, auctioning, and engaging with customers in real time . We're looking for someone who can command attention, build relationships with viewers, and turn engagement into sales — all while representing the western lifestyle our brand is built on. What You'll Do Host live selling shows across platforms (TikTok, Whatnot, Facebook, Instagram) Showcase products in real time, highlighting fit, styling, and key features Run live auctions and create urgency to drive sales Interact with viewers through comments, answer questions, and keep energy high Learn and confidently speak on product knowledge Make quick decisions on the fly during live shows Maintain strong engagement and keep viewers watching throughout streams Collaborate with our team on live strategies, promotions, and product selection What We're Looking For Strong on-camera presence — confident, engaging, and not afraid to take up space Natural ability to sell (not just talk) Comfortable live in front of large audiences for extended periods Quick thinker who can adapt in real time High energy and self-motivated Relatable personality that connects with customers Comfortable being camera-ready, including hair, makeup, and overall presentation Passion for western fashion and lifestyle Bonus Points If You Have Experience with TikTok Live, Whatnot, or live selling platforms Background in retail, boutique sales, or customer-facing roles Experience as an influencer or content creator Knowledge of western wear, rodeo, or horse lifestyle What Success Looks Like Consistent, engaging live shows that keep viewers watching Strong product knowledge and confident presentation Ability to drive sales and move inventory through live selling Building a loyal audience that returns to your streams Why Join Bronco Western Supply Co.?
