Based on experience Our team members enjoy: Sundays off (Not for Inn positions) Free buffet/salad bar lunches DHG Discounts - merchandise/lodging/shows for staff Annual vacation bonus Wooden Nickels On-the-job training Flexible schedules Scholarship program What you'll be doing Greet guests, take them to their tables and provide menus Communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner Make sure that guests are seated where they are most comfortable Answer incoming calls Take orders for carry-out and forwards to the kitchen, packaging when done Ensure shelves remain freshly stocked and organized, rotating product as needed Regularly inspects bakery retail area for neatness and cleanliness, picking up litter as needed Skills you'll bring along Positive personality Genuinely warm and friendly person Passion for serving others Able to communicate fluently, read and comprehend simple instructions, and write simple correspondence in English. Able to learn software program designed for processing orders and creating guest check as required.
