You'll be responsible for greeting guests, coordinating service, and ensuring their needs are met in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. In addition to serving, you will also manage reservations and handle financial transactions, all while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Coordinate and serve all food and beverages ordered by guests. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Answer incoming calls and take reservations as needed. Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for goods and services delivered. Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six"). High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 years of serving experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to obtain a food handler's card. Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license. Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a setting that includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Do you like jobs that rock?
