-Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls.
• Handle Customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Assist Customers with check-out processes, including payment collection
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documents
• Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management ```Qualifications```
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in computerized reservation systems and other office software applications
• Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
