Job Description

A Casino Host acts as a primary point of contact for the casino's most valuable guests. Your main goal is to build genuine relationships and ensure these guests have a great experience every time they visit. You'll be visible on the casino floor, greeting guests and making sure their needs are met. You'll also manage complimentary offers for guests based on their play history and handle any disputes or complaints that arise, always striving for a positive outcome. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end guests through phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings to maximize gaming revenue. Be present on the casino floor to meet and greet guests, promote casino programs, and coordinate special events to create an exciting atmosphere. Address and resolve guest disputes and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory outcome for both the guest and the company. Stay up to date on all casino promotions and events and use this knowledge to attract new guests and drive loyalty. Make informed decisions about complimentary offers for guests based on their gaming history and profitability. Maintain the confidentiality of all player information. A Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in casino operations or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a resort setting or a sales background is preferred. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to build rapport and trust with high-end guests. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess needs and resolve issues effectively. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with limited supervision. The availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to communicate with guests outside of regular work hours. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and a valid driver's license.
