Host-Hostess/Busser Job Description:

The Host-Hostess/Busser is a dual position that as a Host-Hostess, greets and seats guests creating a welcoming atmosphere and and a Busser, busses, resets tables, restocks and assists the team. A strong work ethic, attention to detail and a team player are what will make you successful in this position.

What You Will Do:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a genuine smile and positive attitude. Manage guest flow, wait list, take reservations, assign tables for fair and efficient seating. Bussing, cleaning and resetting tables. Escort guests to their assigned tables, present menus, and assist with seating arrangements, accommodate special seating requests if possible. Maintain a professional, polished appearance, adhering to company standards. Maintain a clean well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items. Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations for both staff and guests.

About You:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Positive, friendly and approachable demeanor. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop for throughout shift and able to lift up to 35lbs.
