Tasting Room Support

Tasting Room Support Adelsheim is seeking motivated individuals with a passion for Wine and Hospitality to join our team as full or part time Tasting Room Support.

TR Lead Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the operation in its FOH functions mainly Host/Hostess and some BOH functions. This role assists in managing the day-to-day systems that enable the winery and on-site hospitality team to offer unique experiences and create lasting memories in our guests.

Your Role:

Seat guests at designated tables Take reservations over the phone, online platforms, or in-person Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house experience Answer questions about the food menu and upcoming events Assist to bus tables and reset with proper glassware and menu when it is needed. Assist in set up and take down of winery events including chairs, tables, service ware, tents, etc. Assist and polish glassware to ensure they are in their best condition

Requirements and Availability:

This is a full-time position from in a four day 7 to 9 hours format Must be able to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop and crouch repeatedly Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods as required by job duties Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis A valid, current Food Handler license. A valid, current Driver's License and/or passport as well as reliable transportation Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, while contributing to our friendly, upbeat hospitality Compensation and Benefits Hiring Rate $17 - $22 an hour Medical Insurance, Dental and Vision for a full-time position Paid Time Off (PTO) according to tenure Employee Education Program and constant training For each month with 8+ hours worked you receive $60 in WEP credit. The credits will continue to accrue until used.
