Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a memorable and positive experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, and ensuring smooth seating flow to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional dining or hospitality experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a positive attitude, making them feel valued and comfortable Manage waitlists efficiently. Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about wait times and any other guest questions. Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests, ensuring personalized service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to promote a welcoming environment Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless guest flow and service excellence Skills Previous experience as a Host or in a similar customer service role within food service or restaurant settings is not necessary, but appreciated. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
