Responsibilities Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive Manage reservations efficiently Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times, menu specials, and restaurant policies using excellent phone etiquette Coordinate seating and waitlist management to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate needs promptly to enhance guest relations Support the restaurant team by maintaining cleanliness in the host station and dining area, ensuring a tidy presentation at all times Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations. Experience working in hospitality settings like hotels or similar guest-focused environments is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Prior experience in serving or food service roles will support your success in this position

Pay:

$15.55 - $17.50 per hour
