• Job Summary
• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team On Friday and Saturday evenings. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
• Responsibilities
• Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials
• Requirements
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in phone etiquette
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food service procedures and restaurant operations
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest services
