Job Summary We are on the lookout for a friendly Birthday Hostess/Crew member to help create unforgettable birthday celebrations for our guests. You'll be involved in greeting guests, managing food and beverage orders, and keeping the party organized. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to bring smiles to everyone's faces. Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with birthday party setup to ensure a festive environment. Manage food preparation and service, including taking orders using POS ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Engage with guests to promote food and beverage options, upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience. Operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with basic food handling tasks to support meal service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces, including food prep areas, dining zones, and party stations. Handle cash register operations accurately during retail sales transactions and process cash transactions efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and ensuring their celebration runs smoothly. Requirements Minimum age 15 years old. Must be available weekends and possible week days. Part time position.
