About us. Arlecchino Ristorante is an upscale, fine-dining Italian restaurant located in Pittsburgh, PA. We are known for our old-world hospitality, exceptional cuisine, and warm, inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a professional and personable Host/Hostess to be the first and last impression for our valued guests. Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they enter the restaurant Manage reservations and walk-ins using the reservation system Coordinate seating assignments to ensure a smooth flow of service Monitor dining room activity to anticipate guest needs and assist with table turns Answer phone calls regarding reservations, menus, and general inquiries Communicate wait times and accommodate special seating requests when possible Support the service staff and maintain a tidy, welcoming front entrance Qualifications Previous hosting experience in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Polished and professional appearance Ability to remain calm and organized during high-volume periods Punctual, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus Benefits Competitive hourly pay Staff meals and employee discounts Supportive and respectful team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Evenings and weekends required Holidays as needed Part-time or full-time availability Location Arlecchino Ristorante 133 Camp Lane Mcmurray Pa 15317 How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed or apply in person during non-peak hours.
