We put small local shops on TikTok Live, and we need people who are good on camera to run the shows. Here is what a shift looks like. You show up at a shop after closing, usually around 6 or 7pm. We bring the ring light, the tripod and everything else. You go live from our TikTok account, hold up the shop's products, talk about them, answer questions from the chat, and sell. Two hours, then you go home. You do not need a TikTok following of your own. You do not need any followers at all. You stream from our accounts, which is the whole point of what we do. You do not need experience on camera either. We provide training and a show playbook you can use as a starting point, and a team member is on site to run the equipment and support you.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Comfortable talking to a camera for two hours
• Can hold energy up, especially when nobody is watching yet, because early shows are small and that is normal
• Dependable. Shifts are booked in advance and the shop is expecting us
• Reads a room, or in this case a chat, and responds to people by name
• Reliable transport to shops in the area
• Must be 18 or older.

TikTok requires it to go live and to sell Retail, food service, serving, bartending, theater or teaching experience all translate well here. So does simply being the person your friends say should be on camera.
