Job Description
Responsibilities Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs. Shifts begin early in the morning, so reliable early-morning availability is required. Welcome, greet, and interact professionally with guests in the breakfast and lobby areas. Set up, maintain, replenish, and break down the breakfast bar. Prepare and serve designated breakfast items according to departmental quality and food-safety standards. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout all assigned areas. Follow all hotel safety, security, food-handling, maintenance, and cleaning procedures. Assist with inventories as scheduled. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Weekend and early-morning availability are required. No previous hotel or food-service experience is required; training will be provided. Customer service experience is helpful but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
