): The Lead Host/Hostess will serve as the welcoming face of the restaurant. This person will be responsible for leading & managing reservations, greeting guests with genuine hospitality, and coordinating seamlessly with staff. The ideal candidate is friendly, engaging, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth service and maintaining a high standard of excellence from the moment guests arrive.

Qualifications:

Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience as a host or maître d' in a full-service restaurant Proficiency with OpenTable or Resy reservation systems Strong interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival Manage and optimize reservations using OpenTable or Resy Maintain accurate waitlists and floor plans to ensure smooth flow of service Communicate effectively with management, kitchen, and waitstaff teams Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery with grace and positivity Uphold and elevate the overall guest experience through a welcoming and polished presence Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment at all times Strong phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. This position is NOT suitable for individuals seeking seasonal or temporary employment.
