This role is responsible for creating a seamless, elevated guest experience from the moment clients walk in to the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Greet every client with a warm, professional, and luxury-level first impression Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs Answer phone calls, texts, and online booking inquiries promptly Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and retail area Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions Drive retail sales and recommend products confidently Handle transactions, the POS system, and daily cash reconciliation Support team members and maintain a positive, team-first environment

Qualifications:
