Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Knowledge of RESY reservation system;

experience a plus Friendly, authentic, and empathetic personality with a strong focus on guest experience Ability to multitask efficiently while remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, seating assignments, and guest requests accurately Ability to make informed seating decisions based on reservations, table availability, and restaurant flow Ability to work effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required Please include an up-to-date resume and/or work history with your application.
