  • Full & Part-Time Chillingham's Steak is seeking friendly, organized, and professional hosts to join our team.
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, our hosts play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations and wait lists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and provide menus Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries Coordinate seating with servers and management to ensure smooth service Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and positive during busy periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling 401k Professional, team-focused work environment Opportunity to grow within a locally owned restaurant If you enjoy meeting new people, providing exceptional hospitality, and helping create a great guest experience from the moment guests walk through the door, we'd love to meet you.
