Host/Hostess

We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Fine Dining Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive. Manage reservations via Resy. Maintain an organized waitlist and accurately estimate wait times. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Communicate seating needs and special requests to servers and managers. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and front-of-house entryway. Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a host or in a guest-facing role in fine dining or upscale hospitality is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Poised, polished, and professional appearance. Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
