The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Maintain an organized seating chart. Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and special requests. Assist in managing the dining area to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and taking reservations as needed. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure efficient guest service and satisfaction. Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly to enhance guest relations. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for this role.
