Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation:
$18 per hour Ideal candidates with need to be knowledgeable, works well in a high-volume and fast paced environment, and has a polite and friendly attitude. We're looking for someone to work directly with front of house management to navigate the reservation systems, arrange the flow of service, establish guest expectations, and start the guest experience the best way possible.Responsibilities include:
- Initially greeting and seating arriving lunch, brunch, and dinner guests
- Assist and work side-by-side with food and beverage management daily
- Assist with planning the seating arrangements
- Accept, process, and confirming new dining reservations using our reservation platform, OpenTable.
- Anticipate, accommodate, and adapt to guest's needs
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Requirements include:
- Friendly, hospitable, and professional demeanor with the ability to make positive and memorable interactions with each of our guests.
- Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Open and flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience in fine dining/upscale dining.
