Position Overview Tempest is seeking an experienced and polished Host to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of first impressions in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience. Key Responsibilities Manage reservations using OpenTable Answer phone calls and confirm upcoming reservations Warmly greet and engage guests upon arrival Coordinate and manage guest seating flow Anticipate and adapt to guest needs in real time Communicate effectively with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations What We're Looking For If you enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a hospitality-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.
