Our business is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of cleaning experience and will be familiar with the proper uses of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Our Cleaning Technician will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to meet our high-quality standards, and we're looking for a candidate who can work independently, follow instructions well and remain motivated to perform well in an individual contributor role. Responsible for all basic cleaning in commercial properties (non-residential/vacant spaces) including but not limited to: Clean floors, surfaces and windows including dusting, damp and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, removing debris from the floor, dusting and organizing papers and supplies, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Clean restrooms including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitizing sinks, counter tops and fixtures, cleaning mirrors, wiping down partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, cleaning toilets and urinals, and emptying waste receptacles. Waste management, sanitation and organization of assigned areas including empty waste bins, recycle bins and shredders. Replace bin liners. Stock and maintain cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies. Provide written/verbal summary of services rendered, reports any issues or additional cleaning opportunities. Perform additional duties as needed.
