Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Manage guest inquiries and provide information about breakfast options and hotel amenities Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Ensure timely refilling of buffet stations and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area Handle guest requests promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations and service skills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth breakfast operations Assist in setting up and breaking down the breakfast service area as needed Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess, server, or in food service is preferred Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests professionally Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of guest services, hospitality standards, and serving procedures is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential Previous experience in hotel guest services or restaurant settings will be beneficial for success in this role This position is integral to delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service and hospitality.
