We are specifically looking for a busser who is reliable, attentive, and serious about showing up. If you struggle with punctuality, communication, cleanliness, or consistency, this is not the right job for you.

Pay:

$14 to $17 per hour depending on reliability, speed, and experience Madrigal is looking for a dependable busser who takes pride in showing up, working hard, staying organized, and helping the dining room run smoothly. This role is not just about clearing tables. We need someone who understands that cleanliness, timing, awareness, coordination, and consistency are essential to the whole restaurant. The right person is reliable, moves with urgency, communicates well, and does not disappear, call out last minute, or leave others carrying their workload. You will be an important part of the front of house team and must be able to work in sync with service, dining room flow, and closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Clean and organize the dining area before service Reset tables quickly, neatly, and correctly Make sure the dining room is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service Clear empty plates, glasses, and other items from guest tables during service Keep tables clean and presentable throughout the dining experience Support servers and front of house staff throughout service Help with general cleaning, side work, and end of night closing duties Communicate with the team and stay coordinated during busy service periods Be on time, ready to work, and dependable for scheduled shifts

What We Need:

Someone who does not miss shifts Someone who is punctual and dependable Someone who works well with a team and communicates clearly Someone who can stay focused, aware, and keep up during busy hours Someone who takes responsibility and does not need constant supervision Restaurant or bussing experience is preferred, but work ethic matters most

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to stand and stay active for long periods throughout the shift Must be available Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00 PM until 9:00 or 10:00 PM depending on business volume and closing needs Must be able to work cleanly, quickly, and consistently
