Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, and ensure a smooth flow of service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables in a friendly manner. Manage waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements. Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials to assist guests with inquiries. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Monitor dining room activity to ensure all guests are attended to promptly. Assist with any guest needs or requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area. Clean and bus tables Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Must be available mornings and evenings(open availability) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
