Position Overview The Host/Greeter serves as the first point of contact for guests dining at Wild Dunes Resort's restaurants. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, managing reservations and seating, and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. The Host/Greeter ensures a positive guest experience from arrival to departure while representing the resort with professionalism and genuine hospitality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously as they arrive. Manage reservations, wait lists, and guest flow using seating charts or reservation systems. Escort guests to their tables and present menus. Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations. Assist with answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about restaurant hours and offerings. Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service and efficient table turns. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entryway. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction. Support the Food & Beverage team as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.
