Job Summary:

As a Host, you'll set the tone for a positive and inviting atmosphere by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth flow in the dining area. You'll also assist with key operational tasks, such as running morning bank errands, taking phone calls, bussing tables, and managing to-go orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide menus and answer initial questions about our offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area. Take phone calls and assist with to-go order coordination. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating issues. Run morning bank errands Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality. Flexibility to assist with arcade duties during select shifts, including helping kids and families, restocking the prize counter, refilling tickets, and maintaining a fun, clean, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be 16 years of age or older
