Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Hotel Breakfast Host to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked, prepare breakfast, and assisting guests with their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they enter the breakfast area and provide them with an overview of the offerings. Ensure that the breakfast buffet is well-stocked, clean, and presented attractively throughout service hours. Assist guests with any questions or requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Monitor food quality and freshness, promptly addressing any issues that arise. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction. Uphold hotel standards of hospitality and guest relations at all times. Prepare breakfast daily Complete weekly inventory and ordering Experience Previous host/cook experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred. Background in food service or hospitality is advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and manage guest relations effectively.
